Kevin Noble serves as Senior Project Manager within the Nationwide Children’s Hospital (NCH) Design and Construction department. Since 2016, he has lead projects in the hospital, as well as for the Abigail Wexner Research Institute (AWRI). Kevin has experience in all phases of project development, from programming and schematic design through construction documents and construction administration services. In 2022, he graduated from NCH’s Journey to Leadership Excellence Program; which is limited to fewer than 1% of staff.
Recently, in 2023, Kevin led the design and construction of AWRI’s newest facility, Research Building 4. A 290,000 SF facility, dedicated to advancing research within the institution and beyond. Other past projects Kevin has completed while at NCH include, the Silver Garage (700 car parking garage), the Near East Office Building and Garage (120,000 office building + 1100 parking garage), numerous building demolitions, infrastructure upgrades and other projects. Since 2016, Kevin has completed over $300 million of projects.
Kevin is currently working on the Research Building 1 and 2 Backfill Renovation projects, which will reorganize and collocate several AWRI centers, centralize Research Cores, while facilitating the integration of clinical care and research so children everywhere achieve best outcomes for generations to come.
Over his 10 years prior to joining Nationwide Children’s Hospital; Kevin worked as a project architect and project manager at several architectural firms around Columbus, where he served numerous State of Ohio entities, large Fortune 500 companies, and many other clients. He is a registered architect though the State of Ohio and a LEED accredited professional via USGBC.
Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture from The Ohio State University.
