Hoover, Robert | Radford University

Rob Hoover, Ed.D, joined the Radford University leadership team as vice president for finance and administration on March 1, 2023. Rob previously served as the senior associate dean for administration and chief financial officer at the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce, and before that was associate dean for finance and administration at Emory University, Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing in Atlanta. He brings extensive experience in higher education finance, operations and planning, as well as a background in admissions and student services.
