Batu aspires to make the world more accessible for people with disabilities by leveraging technology and increasing their representation in business. He worked as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company, where he advised companies on improving their operating models and served as a leader of the firm’s internal accessibility initiatives. He is a professional blind soccer player and has won multiple medals competing in the Turkish league.
