Becca Mercer is an industrial engineer at W. L. Gore & Associates, a materials science company focused on innovation and improving lives across a wide range of industries. Becca supports the Gore Medical Facilities Strategy Team, where she focuses on software, systems, and tools to support data collection and continuous improvement within facilities. This includes managing Gore’s CAFM software, running the space forecasting business process, building out facility metric health cards, and most recently sitting on an R&D lab systems optimization team. Before her current role, she supported medical device manufacturing and finished goods distribution at Gore. She received her master’s in industrial engineering from Arizona State University and is also a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt.
