Senecaut, COL(Ret) Timothy | Pittsburg State University

Colonel (Retired) Tim Senecaut is the Director of Facility Operations at Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas. Tim has almost 40 years’ experience in Construction, Engineering, and Facilities Management. After a 29-year military career, 25 as a US Army Engineer Officer, he accepted responsibility for Pitt State’s Physical Plant Services and Landscaping operations and eventually assumed the role as Director of Facility Operations for the University. Over the past 10 years he has completed two major staff reorganizations and successfully implemented an effective Preventive Maintenance Program which he’ll discuss today.
