Bill Callahan is Director of Workplace Experience for Seismic, the global leader in enablement, where he leads the company’s workplace experience function. He’s responsible for delivering an exceptional workplace experience for Seismic’s 1,400 global employees, working across more than a dozen offices in EMEA, APAC, and North America. Over the past year, Bill and his team have worked to envision, create, and implement a flexible workplace strategy to best meet the needs of Seismic’s dispersed workforce. Prior to joining Seismic, Bill has served in various workplace experience roles at Oracle, NetSuite, and Eze Software Group.
Seismic recently completed rebuilds of their San Diego and Boston offices to actualize their flex-first workplace strategy. Both spaces are designed for activity-based work and feature local themes and motifs.
