Veterinary Director
Dr. Shawn Davis is the Veterinary Director at the University of Toronto Mississauga. She holds an MSc and DVM from the University of Guelph and a Diploma in Laboratory Animal Medicine from the Ontario Veterinary College. With over two decades of experience in laboratory animal medicine across academia and contract research, she has held leadership roles nationally and served on multiple Canadian Council on Animal Care committees. Her work focuses on welfare refinement, cumulative endpoints, and advancing standards of animal care in research.
