Nico Hohman is an award-winning facilities, construction management, and campus planning professional. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Operations at Georgetown University's Capitol Campus in downtown Washington, D.C.
Mr. Hohman is a graduate of the University of Florida’s School of Construction Management and a current Master's candidate at Georgetown University in Urban & Regional Planning. Nico has been involved in the planning, development, construction, brokerage, and operations of hundreds of projects valued at nearly $2 Billion. He was named an "RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker" for his forward-thinking contributions to the real estate development industry and "Rookie of the Year" at Georgetown University for his hard work and dedication to serving his projects and their stakeholders.
Nico previously served as the Chairman of the Hillsborough County Historic Resources Review Board in Tampa, Florida.
In his free time, Nico enjoys writing fiction novels and watching his beloved Borussia Dortmund soccer team. Nico and his wife live in Northern Virginia with three children and two dogs.
