Britannia Corporate Center, a six-building, 296,400-sf distribution/manufacturing project being developed by Master Development Corporation, will be designed by Ware & Malcomb Architects of San Diego. The project site encompasses 15.9 acres in South San Diego County. The buildings will range in size from 25,000 to 84,000 sf.
