Denver NWSL, the new Denver National Women's Soccer League team, is planning to construct a 14,500-seat stadium in the Santa Fe Yards mixed-use development. Dedicated solely to women's sports, this standalone venue will embed elite athletics in a community context to establish a vibrant destination for year-round use. Populous is designing the iconic facility, which will drive urban regeneration through the transformation of a 14-acre parcel into a world-class recreation district. The flexible, multipurpose structure will leverage an open-ended configuration to enhance accessibility to the public realm.

Denver City Council has approved $70 million in funding that provides $50 million for land acquisition and $20 million for associated works to create utility systems, transit links, and a 3.5-acre park. Representing a further investment of $200 million, the stadium’s construction will be funded by the team's ownership group, which is led by IMA Financial Group and Project Level, a subsidiary of Ariel Investments. CAA Icon is acting as project manager, as well as providing feasibility, planning, and advisory services. CIVITAS Studio is the landscape architect and urban designer.

Completion is anticipated in spring of 2028. Until then, the team will utilize a temporary 12,000-seat stadium and a permanent 20,000-sf training center that is being built in Centennial, Colo.
