Our research facilities benchmarking group is designed specifically for those who manage research properties and participants include national labs, corporate research divisions, and medical research organizations. This will be the 14th year that Facility Issues has managed the benchmarking process for this group. Using a common set of definitions, we benchmark facility cost performance in the areas of Janitorial, Maintenance, Security, Utilities, Industrial Hygiene/Safety, Chemical Services, Environmental Services, and other topics of interest to our participants.
