Space Strategies 2024 Registration Fees

2-Day Conference Registration fees with payment by 10/11/2024

  • $2200 for single registration
  • $2050 per person for groups of 2 or more (Team members may register separately)
  • $1900 per person for groups of 5 or more (Team members may register separately)

Service Provider/Consultant Individual Registration

  • $2200 Architectural Firm/Consultant/Service Provider (solo)
  • $2100 Presenter/Exhibitor/Sponsor Group Rate

2-Day Conference Registration fee includes:
All general sessions, selection of forums, a welcome reception, two lunches, one breakfast, a wine and hors d'oeuvres reception, and daily refreshment breaks.  Presentations will be made available for download to attendees. Hotel charges are paid to the hotel directly upon check-out.

Pre-Conference Course (includes 6 hours of course instruction, a course workbook, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, and lunch): 
$1,300 Fundamentals Course only
$1,100 with registration to two-day conference immediately following

Optional Facility Site Tours:
$50 transportation fee each

Conference Venue/Hotel

Room Rates at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort * (Paid directly to the hotel upon check-out.)
Per night: $339 standard room. Room Tax: 14.95%, Tourism fee 1.5% 

*Hotel reservations at the reduced conference rate must be made through Tradeline at the time of conference registration. All charges are paid to the hotel at the time of check-out.

For changes or cancellations to your room reservation please notify Tradeline, in writing, at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. No-shows and cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a charge equal to one night's stay.

Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Tradeline, Inc. MUST receive all cancellations and changes to registrations in writing. You may make substitutions at any time; please notify us as soon as possible. Full refunds given for cancellations received 21 days or more prior to the event. A $500 service fee will be charged for cancellations received between 21 and 14 days prior. No refund will be given within 14 days of the event.
