A. Tradeline conference participation policy:
Conference registration is open to all stakeholders involved in planning, design, construction, and operation of facilities. Product vendors must be sponsors or exhibitors in order to attend.
Attendees (with the exception of exhibitors and sponsors) are strictly prohibited from engaging in any sales or promotional activities at the conference. By registering for this conference, it is acknowledged that your contact information will be shared with conference participants, and you may receive follow up marketing or sales information from exhibitors and sponsors. Tradeline does not sell contact information to any third parties under any circumstances.
B. Registration is not guaranteed until confirmed by Tradeline, Inc.
Completion of this registration process does not guarantee your attendance at the conference. You will receive a written confirmation when your registration has been approved.
C. Your credit card will be billed immediately for registration fees only. Hotel charges are paid directly to the hotel upon check-out.
If Tradeline cannot accommodate you registration for any reason your registration fees will be credited to the same card used to make the purchase.
