Nortel Networks is working with Koll Corporate Development and McCarthy Building Companies to construct Phase III of the Nortel Networks Galatyn Park campus. The $35-million expansion will add 296,000 sf of office space and two parking structures to the existing 500,000-sf campus. The fast-track project includes a seven-story office building and two, four-level parking structures for up to 1,600 cars, a credit union, company story, and cafeteria. At completion in March 2001, approximately 1,400 employees will be located in the new facility. HOK Program Management of Dallas is providing program management. HOK and Corgan Associates of Dallas are the architects.
