Center for Emerging Technologies Developed in St. Louis

Published 5/7/2002

The Center for Emerging Technologies (Building II), a new 50,000-sf incubator facility designed by architect Mackey Mitchell Associates, houses high-growth, advanced technology companies. The building, originally built in 1907 for the Dorris Motor Car Company, provides open loft office space with an industrial character and is thoroughly wired to meet demanding electronic needs. Called "accelerator" space, it provides areas for expansion for companies still in product development.
