HOK is providing lab, site and architectural design services for the three-story facility in collaboration with architect of record Forum Studio. The design and construction manager is Clayco Construction Co. Slated for completion by December 2005, the facility is over fifty percent leased by Washington University Medical School and biotech firm Stereotaxis.
