UC Berkeley Chooses Skire Unifier for Capital Project and Program Management

The University of California, Berkeley has chosen Skire Unifier as its new solution for managing capital construction projects across the campus. UC Berkeley's footprint includes 14 colleges and schools and the Project Management Unit of Capital Projects oversees everything from small renovation and landscape projects to major construction and infrastructure endeavors. UC Berkeley sought to quickly replace their existing system with a solution providing flexibility, advanced reporting, and the ability to integrate seamlessly with their Oracle PeopleSoft financial system. The campus also required a system that can extend beyond capital projects to include managing work orders and real estate functions as part of a facility lifecycle solution.
