The University of Sussex completed a $27.6 million facility to house the School of Business, Management and Economics in August of 2012. Located on the Falmer campus in Brighton, the 86,000-sf project included renovation of existing facilities as well as new construction to provide instructional space, specialized teaching suites, a 500-seat lecture hall, and a café. The sustainably designed building features a rainwater harvesting system and a sedum roof. The general contractor for the project was Morgan Sindall.
