The LEED-certified complex features wet research labs with ancillary support, computational research suites, shared core labs, instructional spaces, and offices for faculty, graduate students, and administration. The project was designed by Stantec and Pelli Clarke Pelli with Gilbane Building Company as construction manager at risk. Ground was broken on the facility in July of 2012.
