Canadian Nuclear Laboratories Builds Three Chalk River Facilities

Canadian Nuclear Laboratories began construction in February of 2018 on three new facilities in Chalk River, Ontario. Representing an investment of over CAD$100 million, the project includes:

• The Business Hub, providing offices for approximately 400 employees
• The Support Facility, offering consolidated manufacturing, maintenance, storage, and office space
• The Logistics and Warehouse Building, which includes a secure site entrance, guardhouses, and meeting rooms 

Canadian Nuclear Laboratories is also designing the Advanced Nuclear Materials Research Centre, with the RFP for the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) team to be issued in early 2018.
