Neurocrine Biosciences is developing the first phase of a 13.4-acre project in San Diego's Carmel Valley. Designed by Dowler Grumman Architects, the 200,000-sf, two-building project is being constructed by Ledcor Petty Construction.

Applied Biosystems Completes First Phase of Biotech Campus
Applied Biosystems has completed the first phase of its planned 960,000-sf, 80-acre campus in Pleasanton, Calif. Two of the seven buildings have been completed, providing 258,000-sf of lab and office space. A two-story building accommodates offices, cleanrooms, and research laboratories with custom-designed and fabricated chemical distribution systems.
Community School of Music and Arts Campus Nears Completion
The Community School of Music and Arts is nearing completion of its $1.6 million, 25,000-sf campus in Mountain View. The two-story facility, which houses classrooms, a concert hall and practice rooms, includes significant architectural accommodations for state-of-the-art acoustics. The public grand opening of the campus is scheduled for March 18, 2004.
