Houston Methodist Opens Cypress Hospital Campus

Houston Methodist opened the $650 million Cypress Hospital campus in March of 2025. This vibrant medical destination was designed by Page to enhance health care access and features advanced technologies to maximize innovation. Offering nine imaging modalities, the seven-story, 570,000-sf facility provides 100 licensed beds, nine operating rooms, a critical care center, an emergency department, and a birthing center.

New Las Vegas Stadium Planned for the Athletics

The Athletics, also known as the Oakland A's, are planning a $1.75 billion stadium that will become the team’s new home in Las Vegas. Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group & HNTB, the climate-controlled ballpark will accommodate 33,000 occupants, with 30,000 seats equipped with an underseat cooling system that is the first of its kind in Major League Baseball (MLB). A covered roof comprising five pennant arches will deliver soft, natural light while mitigating glare for both the audience and the players.

University of Arizona Completes Gateway Building Construction

Arizona State University completed construction in January of 2025 on the $78 million University Gateway Building (UGB) in Tempe. Forging a vibrant link between the west campus entrance and the Mill Avenue district of downtown, the 128,000-sf structure integrates classroom, administrative, mixed-use, and retail space to meet educational needs while maximizing land use.

Children's Health and UT Southwestern Break Ground on Dallas Pediatric Campus

Children’s Health and UT Southwestern Medical Center broke ground in October of 2024 on a $5 billion pediatric health campus in Dallas. Designed by Perkins&Will, HKS, and GSR Andrade Architects, the project will encompass more than 4.7 million sf of construction, including a new hospital as its centerpiece. The 552-bed structure will significantly expand inpatient, surgical, and ambulatory capacity with two 12-story towers and one eight-story tower.
