Tradeline has reserved a block of guest rooms at the main conference venue, the Omni Nashville at a reduced rate:
Standard room per night: $369 + tax
Hotel reservations at the reduced conference rate must be made through Tradeline at the time of conference registration. Hotel charges are paid directly to the hotel upon checkout.
All rooms are on a guaranteed basis. Should you need to cancel, please notify Tradeline 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid being billed for your guaranteed reservation.

The Omni Nashville is 7 miles from the Nashville International Airport. Taxi service: There is a flat rate of $25 to the downtown area, plus an additional passenger charge of $1. MTA Bus service: For just $1.60, you can ride the Nashville MTA's route 18 Airport/Elm Hill Pike bus between the Nashville International Airport and Downtown Music City. Ride share services are also available outside of baggage claim.
