White Plains Hospital Expands in New York

White Plains Hospital is expanding and renovating its New York campus. Phase Two of the hospital's $108 million capital transformation campaign began in October of 2013. Designed by Perkins Eastman, the project will provide a six-story patient care building with two medical/surgical floors and 24 private patient rooms; a five-room surgical suite; an expanded radiology department; and a front entrance and lobby. Phase Two comprises 42,000 sf of new construction and 22,000 sf of renovation. Completion is expected in 2015. The recently completed Phase One included increased security and capacity of vital power sources; a new surgical services locker room; and a new single-story outpatient radiology building.
