Shriners Hospitals for Children broke ground in April of 2015 on the $60 million Pasadena Medical Center. Designed by CO Architects & SRG Partnership, the project includes 164,000 sf of new construction as well as demolition of existing buildings. The outpatient care facility will provide an ambulatory surgical center, clinical space, diagnostic suites, rehabilitation units, and three levels of underground parking with green roof terraces. The general contractor for the project is DPR Construction. Completion is expected in mid-2017.
