University of Idaho Builds Integrated Research and Innovation Center

The University of Idaho is building the $49 million Integrated Research and Innovation Center (IRIC) on its Moscow campus. Designed by NBBJ, the 69,000-sf interdisciplinary research facility will provide flexible laboratory, office, and meeting space that can be adapted for use by faculty, staff, and student researchers from across the university. The building will feature a state-of-the-art visualization laboratory, core research space, and video conferencing suites. Hoffman Construction Company broke ground on the facility in August of 2014 and completion is expected in fall of 2016.
