Oschner Health is planning to break ground in late 2025 on a comprehensive hub for health and wellness in Jefferson Parish. Designed by WHLC Architecture, the 46,000-sf complex will be anchored by personalized orthopedics and sports medicine care, as well as offering pediatric specialties, women’s services, physical therapy, and imaging and lab functionalities. A subsequent phase of construction may add outpatient surgical capabilities and expanded clinical services.
The two-story structure is being created in partnership with Andrews Medicine, the New Orleans Saints, and the New Orleans Pelicans. Sited in proximity to the teams’ practice facility, the $45.6 million building will deliver world-class treatment for professional players and athletes of all levels throughout the Gulf South region.
Catalyst is the developer for Oschner Medical Complex - Airline, working in association with Ryan Gootee General Contractors and Corporate Realty, Inc. Occupancy is slated for late 2027.
