ThedaCare opened a leading-edge health campus in January of 2025 in Oshkosh. Designed by HGA, the $84 million medical center will ensure seamless access to comprehensive care for patients in northeast and central Wisconsin. The 114,000-sf facility houses inpatient beds, a 24/7 emergency department, and an ambulatory surgery center.

Onsite lab services are complemented by diagnostic imaging capabilities including ultrasound, mammography, X-ray, CT, and MRI, as well as nuclear medicine. In addition to accommodating a drive-through retail pharmacy, a medical office building provides primary, pediatric, and specialist care. The scope of available amenities and treatments may expand in the future to ensure adaptability to evolving community needs.

Miron Construction served as construction manager, with The Sigma Group as civil engineer and landscape architect and Hplex Solutions as owner’s representative. Ground was broken in March of 2024.
