The Boston Society of Architects announced the winners of its 2017 design award in January of 2018. Highlights include honors awards going to Payette for the Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Complex at Northeastern University, Ann Beha Architects for the Saieh Hall for Economics at the University of Chicago, and designLAB architects and BSHM Architects for the Seton Hill Arts Center at Seton Hill University. An award was given to Leers Weinzapfel Associates for the Design Building at UMass Amherst, with citations of distinction to Perkins+Will for the Living+Learning Commons at Keene State College and to Shepley Bullfinch for the Pagliuca Harvard Life Lab in Boston.
