Prism Capital Partners is engaged in the redevelopment of the former Hoffmann-La Roche site in New Jersey to create the ON3 campus. Providing integrated research, office, and recreational facilities, the mixed-use campus currently houses a 73,000-sf laboratory building partially leased by biofabrication firm Modern Meadow, with plans for the construction of an adjacent pilot manufacturing plant under way. Two buildings are being constructed for Seton Hall-Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine to accommodate programs for the Graduate College of Nursing and the School of Health and Medical Sciences by summer of 2018. Designed as a benchmark for walking urbanism that spans the municipalities of Nutley and Clifton, the 116-acre site now offers two completed office facilities and a variety of build-to-suit development options.
