Greatland Realty Partners began construction in April of 2021 on Revolution Labs in Lexington, Mass. Designed by SGA, the three-story, 180,000-sf life sciences building will provide leasable laboratory and office facilities for biomedical and pharmaceutical companies. The amenity-rich development will also offer lounges, meeting rooms, a fitness center, collaborative outdoor seating areas, electric vehicle charging stations, and a parking garage with a photovoltaic canopy. Featuring robust and flexible mechanical infrastructure, the sustainably designed structure is expected to attain LEED Gold, WELL, and WiredScore Gold certifications. The project team includes Callahan Construction Managers and leasing agent JLL. Occupancy is expected in the third quarter of 2022.
