Mispro Biotech Services is building a 10,000-sf contract vivarium in Boston's Seaport District. The state-of-the-art facility will enable life science companies of all sizes to conduct preclinical drug development studies on rodents with the support of Mispro’s husbandry services, technical expertise, and regulatory compliance oversight. With a choice of private or shared room configurations, the project will also offer private suites where tenants can customize their in vivo lab space and work with larger teams. Featuring individually ventilated caging (IVC) and in-room Class II biosafety cabinets, the secure facility will include procedure rooms, holding rooms, necropsy and quarantine areas, and a fully-equipped conference venue. Completion is expected in summer of 2023.
Mispro Biotech Services is an AAALAC-accredited organization based in New York City. All studies performed in the company's vivaria must be approved by Mispro's Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee.
