This biomedical nexus will leverage seamless connections to nearby research and education facilities on campus to fostering collaboration between experts in order to solve pressing health challenges. Featuring landscaped gathering zones to promote informal exchange, the sustainable development will integrate advanced infrastructure and is expected to achieve a minium of LEED Silver certification. The project is being built by The Christman Company working in association with Osborn Engineering and Kramer Management Group. Completion is slated for early 2028.
