The University of Southern California broke ground in November of 2024 on the $200 million Bloom Football Performance Center in Los Angeles. Designed by HNTB, the 163,000-sf facility will position USC to recruit top national talent as part of its transition to the Big Ten Conference. A strategic redevelopment of the John McKay Center will create a vibrant new home for Trojan Football and support the university's entire student-athlete population.

Kadans Science Partner is constructing a 139,000-sf facility in Cambridge in the United Kingdom that will catalyze the discovery of new therapies, medical devices, and digital healthcare solutions. Providing fully fitted, best-in-class research environments, Merlin Place will offer CL2 wet labs, dry labs, and dedicated office spaces. A flexible structural grid with adaptable floor heights will support a range of configurations in the building, which will utilize a modular layout to accommodate multiple tenants or a single entity.

The Kraft Group Plans Soccer Stadium for New England Revolution
The Kraft Group is planning to construct a stadium in the greater Boston area for the New England Revolution, a professional Major League Soccer club. Located in Everett, the project will transform a 43-acre brownfield site with a shuttered power plant into a vibrant destination for Revs fans and the entire community. The iconic structure will feature a cantilevered roof that overhangs the pedestrian streetscape, complemented by a four-acre public park with a waterfront promenade.
